A four month program consists of 48 60-minute personal training sessions. Client will meet with Elizabeth preferably 3-4 times a week for 4 months. Before the first session, client will be given a thorough assessment which includes the following: weigh-in, body fat assessment, circumference measurements, goal orientation, nutrition assessment, injury assessment, and medical clearance.

All sessions are one-on-one with Elizabeth. A 48 session personal training program will take your individual goals into consideration and plan a training program based around what you are looking for. If you're looking to tone up and lean out, you got it. Build some lean mass, she can do that too. Just tell us what you want and we will change your life! Keep in mind most clients need more than one month to reach their goals. We do offer larger packages which will decrease the per session price. Everyone is different so how long it takes you to reach your goal largely depends on the clients dedication.
Elizabeth's trains at a private training gym in West Hollywood and Burbank, CA. If you're after convienence, Elizabeth will also come to your house, private gym, or a park near you at an increased cost.
*FosterDavis observes all national holidays. If your session falls on a national holiday, the session will be cancelled unless stated otherwise. You may reschedule for alternate days that week with prior approval. If Elizabeth is on vacation or cannot teach one day, a sub will be called or you will have the option resume when Elizabeth returns.
*All Personal Training Sessions require a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cannot make a session during your scheduled time you are expected to give 24 hours notice. If you are within 24 hours of the session you will lose half a session. If you cancel within 12 hours of the training session you will lose the entire session. If you know you cannot make a session you have already scheduled and you are within 24 hours, you may reschedule during the same calendar week, however, it cannot take place of an already scheduled session.
