Cancellation Policy
To keep things running smoothly, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy:

Cancel 24+ hours before → No penalty, you can reschedule.

Cancel within 24 hours → You’ll be charged half a session.

Cancel within 12 hours → You’ll be charged the full session.

If you need to reschedule within 24 hours, you may do so within the same calendar week, as long as it doesn’t replace another already-scheduled session.
