Stay focused, motivated, and consistent with a personalized 30–45 minute one-on-one coaching session each week for 4 weeks. During our weekly call (or Zoom/Facetime if you prefer) we'll review your progress, celebrate your wins, discuss any challenges you've encountered, and create an action plan for the week ahead. Whether you need guidance with nutrition, fitness, healthy habits, or staying motivated, you'll receive personalized support and accountability to help you continue making progress toward your goals.

  • Your weekly coaching session is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your Zoom call, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments ("no-shows"), will be considered forfeited and cannot be rescheduled for that week.

    I understand that unexpected situations can arise. If an emergency occurs, please reach out as soon as possible.
