Celebrity Diet Secrets Exposed!

Good morning,
Who doesn't want to look like Gisele Bundchen or Chris Hemsworth? Today, is all about the celebrities. What are they doing to get their banging bodies? Well today, I'm going to expose a few of their biggest kept secrets. Do I need a better intro than that??? Warning...some of these may be extreme.
Also, I'm heading to Europe on Sept 7th and wont be back until the 25th so I'm taking September off. I will be back in October to fill your head with more nutrition! So stay on top of your goals. And if you're feeling lost without me, feel free to read up on past nutrition tips...
1. Wear a Corset If you're going for a quick fix, yes, you can wear a corset. It will make you appear to looks thinner, with a more hourglass shape. Jessica Alba does this.
2. Ditch Gluten Some of you might be Gluten intolerant so this is an easy fix. But for those of you that aren't, you can trying cutting out the gluten from your diet altogether.
3. Don't be afraid of Kale Eat kale morning, noon, and night. This has helped celebrities cut weight fast for roles.
4. Cut down on Red Meat Try to go for a leaner protein like chicken or fish.
5. Michelle Obama Arms Don't be afraid to lift some weights. Gaining muscle or lean muscle will help you burn more calories throughout the entire day. Lifting will also keep your bones strong. Our First Lady doesn't mind a weight or two.
6. Long/Lean Muscles Yoga can pack on your core strength, keep you long and lean, but also strong. Yoga can also help you clear your mind. Personally, I love going to Bikram Yoga classes when I have the time.
7. The Alkaline Diet This diet specializes in keeping your bodies PH level between 7.35-7.45. Super Model Elle MacPherson follows this diet. If you're interested in this, let me know. I have a friend who works for a company that does this. She would be more than happy to get you on the right plan for your body type.
8. Know your Calories Celebrities are using My Fitness Pal or Lose It to track their calorie intake and exercise. Those who have trained with me know that I'm big on tracking how much you take in and how much you are expending. Both apps are FREE!
9. Ditch the Dairy Megan Fox's biggest secret post baby was getting rid of dairy from her diet. Many people swear by the Paleo diet which also has you nixing dairy.
10. Extreme Alert: Eating only 5 Ingredients a day The Factor Five Diet focus's on having you eat 5 meals a day which consist of only 5 ingredients. The diet targets you eating protein, fiber, carbs, unsaturated fasts, and drinks that contain zero sugar.
11. This ain't no secret....WORKOUT!!!! Yes, squeeze in at least 3-5 30 min sessions of strength training/week. Throw in 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week and you got yourself a great body!!! This should be a given. If you need to lose a significant amount of weight do 5 cardio sessions and 3 strength training sessions.
12. 80/20 Biggest Loser Trainer Jillian Michaels eats this way. She eats completely clean 80% of the time and the other 20% she has fun with her food. Now, I have to say, this is good for maintaining exactly where you are. You will not see results eating 80/20, but you will be results eating 90/10. So, if you still have goals your striving for stick to the 90/10 rule. If you're happy 80/20 can work for you.
13. Try Weight Watchers There's a reason this diet has been around for so long. It allows you to eat your favorite foods, but it doesn't come without a cost of points for the day. We see many celebrities endorsing Weight Watchers. I do believe it's a great diet. But like anything, consistency is key, so you have to stick with it.
14. Ditch the Alcohol No surprise here either, ditching the alcohol can do wonders for the body. This is a tough one if you like to drink, but it might be something to consider if you have a big photo shoot coming up.
15. Lemon Juice This is Jennifer Aniston's big secret. She starts her day every morning with a glass of lemon juice. She does this to flush out her body first thing in the morning. Jennifer also participates in the Zone Diet.
