Best of the Best...for Breakfast!

Good morning,
I am constantly being asked, "what should I eat?" While it may seem silly, that's a very valid question. There are so many options in today's society, but what my BEST options? That's where today's nutrition tips come in. What should we be eating for breakfast? This week it's all about BREAKFAST!

1. Best Breakfast Drinks (These are all good options, but these are in order. The best of the best being at the bottom of each list)
Coffee - But avoid those Frappuccino's. I'm talking about the simple stuff.
Vegan Protein Shake
Spa Water - AKA Fruit infused H20.
#1 choice though is...dun dun dun....Green tea
2. Best Proteins for Breakfast (These are all good options, but these are in order. The best of the best being at the bottom of each list)
Black beans
All natural peanut butter
Almond butter
Eggs
Greek yogurt
Wild salmon
Nitrate free Canadian bacon
Chicken breast
Cottage cheese
Ground turkey
