Best of the Best...For Dinner!

Good morning!
We have finally made it to dinner! As, i'm sure we all remember, we need to be eating dinner like a peasant (aka smallest meal of the day). A quick tip that always works for dinner: try using the small side plates instead of the big plates. This will keep your portion sizes down and having you filling up on smaller meals throughout the day. Lets begin!!
**Keep in mind this week that the foods are not ranked. All of these items are great to add to your evening meal.
1. Best Veggies for Dinner

Spinach (I love making dinner salads and using baby spinach)

2. Red Meat for Dinner

3. If you're going to go the Seafood route for dinner
