Hey there! Everyone wants to know the secret to losing weight. The faster the better....we live in a world where we can get everything we want by the click of a button. Why should losing weight be any different? Losing weight and keeping weight off doesn't happen at the drop of a hat, BUT there are a few things you can do on a daily basis to speed up the process!

1. Quick Tips

  • Here are 10 things you can do to speed things up!

  • Eat a breakfast high in protein

  • Avoid fruit juice and sugary drinks

  • Drink a glass of water 30 minutes before a meal

  • Pick weight-loss friendly foods

  • Drink tea & coffee (YES!)

  • Eat Organically or at least avoid processed foods

  • Eat slowly

  • Make sure you're getting adequate sleep

  • Use small plates

  • Consume soluble fiber

2. Weight-loss Friendly Foods

  • Whole Eggs

  • Leafy Greens

  • Cruciferous Veggies

  • Salmon

  • Boiled Potatos

  • Lean Chicken Breast

  • Tuna

  • Lean Beef

  • Legumes and Beans

  • Avocados

  • Soup

  • Cottage Cheese

  • Apple Cider Vinegar

  • Whole Grains

  • Nuts

  • Grapefruit

  • Chili Pepper

  • Chia Seeds

  • Full-Fat Yogurt

3. The 3 Must-Do's

  • Trim your diet of sugars and starches.

  • These foods will increase your insulin levels which will trigger fat storage.

  • Consume Protein, Veggies, and Fat with every meal

  • Low carb veggies - Celery, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cucumber, Swiss Chard, Cabbage, Brussel Sprouts, Lettuce, Spinach and Kale

  • Lift at least 3 times per week.

  • Lifting will keep your metabolism up.

  • It will also help you burn more calories and torch body fat.
