Hey there! Everyone wants to know the secret to losing weight. The faster the better....we live in a world where we can get everything we want by the click of a button. Why should losing weight be any different? Losing weight and keeping weight off doesn't happen at the drop of a hat, BUT there are a few things you can do on a daily basis to speed up the process!

Here are 10 things you can do to speed things up!
Eat a breakfast high in protein
Avoid fruit juice and sugary drinks
Drink a glass of water 30 minutes before a meal
Pick weight-loss friendly foods
Drink tea & coffee (YES!)
Eat Organically or at least avoid processed foods
Eat slowly
Make sure you're getting adequate sleep
Use small plates
Consume soluble fiber

Protein is a must so make it a point to look for high protein. Protein is the CEO of nutrients!!!
Low carb veggies - Celery, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cucumber, Swiss Chard, Cabbage, Brussel Sprouts, Lettuce, Spinach and Kale
Lift at least 3 times per week.
Lifting will keep your metabolism up.
It will also help you burn more calories and torch body fat.
