Okay, it's fall, it's starting to get chilly, time to bust out those billowy sweaters that cover unwanted fat??!!! Not this year!!! Lets show off those fabulous bodies by eating these 30 fall favorite foods that must be included on your grocery list!

Whether your cooking with these antioxidant rich roods or eating them raw, they will keep you looking good in those jeans all winter long. So, when in doubt, pull up this week's tips and use it as your shopping guide.

1. Apples
