"These are a few of my favorite things. When the dog bites, when the bees sting...." You get this jest! And, I wish I could be like Oprah and give all these items away, but I can't. Sad face. So, you'll have to settle for a good ole 'favorite things' list!
Below are my favorite products and foods out there right now that contribute to my healthy lifestyle.
1. Complete Cookies by Lenny & Larry
These cookies are my jam! They are my favorite post-workout breakfast. Not only are they super delicious, but they contain 16 g. of protein in each cookie.
If you like these, be careful, they are higher in calories which is why they are a meal replacement for me and not a snack.

2. Celcius
If you're looking for the best energy drink out there, look no further. Celcius is made from Green Tea Extract and will help you maintain steady energy throughout the day.
Only ten calories per can and 0 g. of sugar.
Celcius helps speed up your metabolism and will aid in burning more calories throughout your day.

3. Deep Blue by doterra
My massage therapist used this on me after I was complaining of hip pain. It's like a more natural version of Icy Hot.
I use Deep Blue on my sore muscles or areas of my body that I'm having tension.
Deep Blue is great for muscle recovery!

4. Athleta
THIS is by far my favorite place to shop for fitness clothes! I have not met anyone who does not find their clothes super flattering on any body type. Their clothes are a little more affordable than Lulu Lemon, but just as effective.
Because I love this company so much, I have partnered with them for an event coming up. If you haven't trained with me in the last six months, come in for a free training session and I'll give you an invite to our shopping party event where EVERYTHING you buy is 25% off!

5. La Croix
This is my go-to beverage.
La Croix is a much better choice than soda, but you are still getting the carbonation effect.
There are many different flavors you can choose from.
Keeps me hydrated, healthy, and happy!

6. Pure Protein
My number one protein bar choice. I love the flavors, especially the peanut butter one.
In my opinion, they don't have that chalky taste that some other protein bars have.
These pack in 20 g. of protein in one bar and are only 200 calories.
Pure Protein is a great snack option that will keep full longer.

That's it for MY FAVORITE THINGS!! See you next week.
