Okay guys, today i'm going to simplify your life! I'm going to give you the secret to losing weight week after week. I promise, if you apply this technique it can change your life.
Here, I give you the weight-loss breakdown....
1. Calories In verses Calories Out
The super easy secret is this: You must use up more calories than you are taking in.
Energy In vs. Energy Out theory
If you are taking in more calories than you are using on a daily basis you are going to gain weight...period.
If you are using as many calories per day as you are taking in, then you will maintain your current weight.
If you are using more calories than you are taking in, you will LOSE WEIGHT....period!
2. 3,500
It takes a 3,500 calorie reduction to lose one pound of weight.
If you cut 500 calories from you diet per week, you will lose one pound of weight each week. If you do this for one year, by this time next year you will be 52 pounds lighter!
If you cut 250 calories from your diet you will lose one pound ever two weeks.
If you can afford to lose two pounds per week then cut 1,000 calories from your diet each day. (I would only recommend this for a short term solution, or if you are extremely overweight and are still consuming at least 1,200 calories per day).
3. Easy Ways to Cut Out 500 Calories Per Day

Skip the whip cream on your coffee drinks.
Use smaller plates
Don't eat in front of the TV (i.e. pay attention to what and how much you're eating)
Cut alcohol
Leave 25% of your food on your plate at each meal
Don't order a smoothie (smoothies have tons of sugar)
Eat at home (restaurants add butter and oils galore!)
Forget soda, switch to sparkling water
Stop eating when you're 80% full
